You agree that the name and image of their son/daughter can be published on the web without time and space limits; we will not use the image of you son/daughter in contexts that can undermine the personal dignity and decorum of the same; you release the Agency from any responsibility and burden resulting from incorrect use of personal data and photos by customers. They also take note and accept the following points: The promotion of children's image is carried out as follows: at the request of the clients, or third parties authorized by the Agency, the Agency will send the photos of the children responding to the required characteristics, as present in its archive; the clients, at their own discretion, will select the children they deem appropriate to call for a casting, communicating it to the agency which, in turn, will inform the parents; Parents are committed to communicate always and timely their availability or inability to attend the casting; At each casting the children must be accompanied by a parent or other adult delegate; The participation of children in the casting is not remunerated and is, in any case, under the full responsibility of the parents, including expenses (transport, food and accommodation). The Agency always makes agreements that protect the interests of children, so during the casting the parents agree not to deal directly with clients about contractual aspects, including any economic aspects; In the event that problems arise related to photographic and / or video services on the set, it is the duty of parents to inform the Agency promptly; If parents are required to sign releases, contracts or other documents on the set, we recommend that they always contact the Agency before signing them; In order to allow the agency to perform quality work, it is essential that parents periodically inform the Agency about physical changes of their children: 1. Height 2.shoe size 3.size 4. loss of teeth 5.possible apparatus 6.haircut/hair growth; If the casting is successful and the children are chosen for the photographic and/or video service, the agency will communicate to the parents all the details regarding the date, place, time, address and compensation, the latter before the legal deductions (20% as withholding tax or any other applicable tax) and agency fees (20%); The Agency will make the payment by bank transfer or check only after the balance of the invoice by the customer. Invoices are issued by the agency with the terms of payment of 90 days after the end of the month, after receipt of all the final balance from the Client; If the payment is made by the Client directly to the parents, the parents undertake to pay the Agency, after payment, an amount equal to 20% of the fee. This amount must be paid to the Agency upon presentation of a copy of the bank transfer or any other suitable document certifying the payment. The rights of the photographic or video material produced by the Agency or third parties authorized by the Agency remain the property of the Agency without limits of time; Any decision to terminate the relationship with the Agency must be communicated in writing by e-mail to the following addresses: francesca@castingbambini.com.
